Project Aim
The NOAR project will develop an innovative pilot-scale bivalve mollusc research and development unit for the Native oyster O. edulis, with the capability to develop pioneering protocols and systems to enable the year-round production of seed oysters, on demand, for application by both habitat restoration initiatives and shellfish growers rearing oysters for human consumption.
